Job Summary
Manage day-to-day activities for integration feature enhancement by joining external technical calls, interpreting documentation, and fielding questions from merchants to drive project progress. Partner with Enterprise merchants and internal stakeholders to scope new features, troubleshoot integration issues, and analyze data to recommend improvements for partner technology stacks. Build relationships across product, engineering, and operations teams to advocate for initiatives while learning APIs and technical concepts to support platform stability. Report to the Associate Director of Integrations & Solutions within the Merchant Network organization.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical, operational, consulting, or associate product management role (internships count!)
- Interest in technical concepts and/or exposure to managing aspects of a larger project
- Proven ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
- Great interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication, and strong group facilitation skills
- Good listener, capable of understanding complex technical issues, and translating them into an appropriate solution
- Demonstrated ability to work across different groups to solve problems and achieve results
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- willingness to learn process mapping and requirement gathering
- willingness to learn APIs and other technical concepts
- 3 days a week in the office
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to APIs, restaurant technology, or point-of-sale technology a plus
- Familiarity with SQL a plus
