Job Summary
Prepare, develop, coordinate, and manage scheduling activities to maintain an integrated plan meeting program requirements. Analyze and produce metrics related to plans, develop mitigation plans, and refine business cases. Collect, organize, and provide data to update task status, customer commitments, and compliance. Coordinate document work statements and resulting schedules, then identify and report performance variances and change information to the project team. Communicate plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholders. Perform supplier analysis and integrate multiple supplier schedules into the overall integrated master schedule. Requires a Bachelor's degree, one year of experience in program planning and integrated scheduling, and an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance. Shift 1, Hazelwood, Missouri.
Required Qualifications
- More than 1 year of experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines
- More than 1 year of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
- More than 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office Applications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
- Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time
- Must be drug free (subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol)
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
- Must have an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to obtain program access
- Must be eligible for E-Verify
- Must be able to work in the United States of America (Shift 1)
- Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (active in the past 24 months)
Desired Qualifications
- More than 1 year of experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc.
