Job Summary
The Associate Insurance Product Manager will collaborate with actuarial and underwriting experts to develop coverage, pricing, and eligibility for Lemonade’s Pet insurance. Responsibilities include measuring product impact, facilitating regulatory approvals, researching market trends, and enhancing workflows using AI and automation. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of P&C experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong analytical and technical skills, and a passion for adapting to AI-driven environments.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of P&C experience
- 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Strong technical skills with SQL and data visualization tools
- Ownership mentality and project management skills
- Ability to work in a tech-enabled environment

- Experience in product management or product development
