Job Summary
Drive sales, service, and profitable growth for personal and specialty lines by advising clients on coverages, prospecting for additional products, and completing front-line risk assessments and inspections. Resolve customer complaints, conduct client reviews across auto, home, farm, and commercial portfolios, and achieve individual goals for client service, sales, and productivity. This role operates within a leading Canadian financial services co-operative dedicated to sustainable community development, offering a competitive salary range of $45,253 to $75,421 plus sales incentives.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years insurance industry experience including sales experience
- A level 2 General Insurance license
- Meet all provincial-licensing requirements in accordance with continuing education in order to obtain and maintain all licenses
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
