Job Summary
The Associate Insurance Advisor III is critical in supporting and developing the agency operation, providing inbound sales and service for life and wealth products, and utilizing knowledge of personal and specialty lines insurance. Responsibilities include advising clients on coverage, actively prospecting for business, and conducting risk assessments following underwriting guidelines. The role requires effective communication skills, a commitment to client satisfaction, and teamwork. Essential qualifications include a minimum of 2 years insurance experience, a General Insurance license, and adherence to provincial licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years insurance industry experience including sales experience
- General Insurance license is required
- Meet all provincial-licensing requirements in accordance with continuing education in order to obtain and maintain all licenses
- You are required to have a valid driver’s license
- Strict confidentiality with respect to client’s financial status and other personal information
Desired Qualifications
- Life License is an asset
- Knowledge of insurance products and strong underwriting skills is an asset

- You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.
