Job Summary
Design engaging e-learning modules, simulations, and blended learning materials using Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate. Apply adult learning theory and methodologies like ADDIE and SAM to conceptualize and structure effective training solutions. Independently manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery while partnering with Subject Matter Experts for needs analyses and content gathering. Implement robust evaluation methodologies to measure learning impact and drive continuous improvement. Serve as the central point of contact for project updates across all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or Learning, Design, and Technology from a recognized and approved program
- 3 to 5 years of direct experience in instructional design, program development, and training evaluation, specifically within a large-scale corporate environment
- Demonstrated working proficiency and portfolio evidence of utilizing e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate)
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles
- Practical experience executing ADDIE and SAM methodologies

- Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- Active professional certifications, heavily preferred: Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD)
- Active professional certifications, heavily preferred: CIPD Level 5
- Active professional certifications, heavily preferred: TESOL
