Job Summary
Consult with customers to understand technical needs, provide product quotations, and guide them through the sales process. Process pricing, quotations, and rush orders within 24 hours while accurately tracking orders. Work closely with customers, outside sales teams, and sales engineers to deliver exceptional service and maximize account growth. Leverage the Xylem ESP Rep software to recommend top-quality hydronics solutions. Requires strong phone presence, persuasive skills, and negotiation abilities, with knowledge of hydronics equipment being a major plus. Full-time role with no travel, offering competitive hourly pay and an employee stock ownership plan.
