Job Summary
Respond to Inside Sales emails, prefill Customer Service Agreements, and check for accuracy. Create data reports, analyze usage, and generate reports for RSMs. Initiate rate plan changes, gather technical information to activate services, and manage deactivations and new aircraft owners. Support RSMs at trade shows and conferences, train new RSMs on internal systems, and oversee the FlightDeck Freedom portal. Identify potential leads through online and offline channels, initiate outbound contact via phone and social media, make SDR calls, create pricing sheets, and manage dealer agreements. Apply to the Gogo Sales - Operations Team with a Bachelor's degree, 0-2 years of sales experience, and up to 20% travel to customer events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- 0-2 years of proven Sales experience in an Aerospace environment
- Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time to customer events, trade shows, conferences, etc.
- Some hours outside of normal business hours
- Some weekend hours required
- Ability to learn company processes, instructions and export compliance
- Drive to obtain product knowledge of specific market segment
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to build strong negotiation, conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
