Job Summary
Associate in Platform Operations responsible for monitoring cash and margin balances, OTC collateral management, position reconciliation, liaising with counterparties, asset managers and administrators to resolve discrepancies, and instructing/approving cash movements and OTC settlements. Will participate in platform and funds launches & liquidations and collaborate on enhancement projects. Opportunities to work with hedge fund asset managers, clearing and OTC counterparties, and administrators. Requires a university degree in finance or related field, mid-level experience (around 4+ years) in Operations or Middle-Office, and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Hybrid work arrangement based in Wroclaw, Poland.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in finance or related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Operations, Middle-Office or related fields
- Experience with reconciliation of positions and understanding of break resolution process
- Experience in margin and collateral management process & calculations is an asset
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Team-oriented and able to explain concepts to others
