Job Summary
Associate, Infrastructure Opportunities in New York, NY—Lead and support financial modeling, due diligence, deal structuring and execution for infrastructure investments. Prepare investment committee materials, conduct industry and thematic research, and monitor operational and financial performance of projects and investments. Engage with portfolio companies, third-party diligence providers, and external partners; require strong finance, analytical, and communication skills, with a background in private equity, project finance, investment banking, development, or energy/infrastructure sectors. The role sits within AIO's equity-oriented infrastructure team, focusing on renewable energy, energy storage, natural gas midstream, transportation, and related infrastructure opportunities, with a compensation package including base salary and potential discretionary bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in private equity, project finance, investment banking, development, and/or the power/energy/infrastructure sectors; strong finance and analytical abilities; strong financial modeling capabilities (Excel); excellent verbal and written communication skills; industry knowledge strongly preferred
