Associate Industrial Security Analyst

Associate Industrial Security Analyst at Boeing in Seal Beach, CA. Responsibilities include administering US industrial security programs per NISPOM and DoD security manuals; using USG databases (DISS, Scattered Castles, SIMS) to determine personnel eligibility for access to classified information; conducting security briefings to cleared workforce members; managing personnel and sensitive records to ensure data integrity; participating in inventories and reconciliation actions; contributing to concepts of operation (CONOPs) for protecting proprietary materials; and communicating with engineering, management, and US Government customers to meet contract goals and apply deviations from standard practices as required. Basic qualifications include completion of Tier 5 Investigation (or Continuous Vetting within last 5 years), ability to obtain SCI/SAP access, 1+ years of security administration or related field, and proficiency with MS Office. Preferred qualifications include professional certifications in SAP/SI security, experience in SCI/SAP/Aerospace security environments, familiarity with NISPOM and DoD SAP Manuals, multitasking, and strong customer relationships. The role requires the ability to obtain necessary clearances and meet export control requirements; relocation is not negotiable; and the position includes risk and compliance responsibilities within a fast-paced aerospace environment.
