Job Summary
Associate Industrial Security Analyst responsible for developing and administering security programs for classified materials, including SAP lifecycle activities, PAR processing, indoctrinations, visit control, SAPF operations, access rosters, and collaboration with PSOs/CPSO/GSSO. Requires maintaining need-to-know access, supporting program protection across personnel, physical, information, and operations security, and assisting with SOPs, indoctrination/debrief templates, and audits. Travel up to 10% and onsite work in SAPF/closed areas with U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain TOP SECRET/SAP/SCI clearances. Primary salary range between $63,000 and $94,600; multiple benefits and potential bonuses; relocation not offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of security experience in-lieu of a degree
- U.S. citizenship
- Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) approval(s)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and record-keeping; ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to brief individuals and small groups
- Proficiency with standard office software and file management
- Ability to work onsite in a SAPF/closed area environment and support time-sensitive program needs
- Experience with DISS, SIMS, JADE, or similar databases (preferred)
- Working knowledge of SAP and SCI programs to provide procedural and policy guidance (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion (preferred)
- Flexible to changing priorities and deadlines (preferred)
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency (preferred)
