Associate Implementation Consultant - Strategic Advancement Focus

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end implementation of Foundant software solutions for new clients by training users, configuring workflows, and migrating historical data. Provide guidance on nonprofit sector practices and constituency management functions to ensure alignment with client objectives and ROI. Maintain high-level communication to proactively identify and resolve problems while following up on tasks arising from client interactions. Support the identification of functionality to drive community impact and engagement. Requires at least one year in philanthropy or SaaS client service, strong technical aptitude, and occasional travel (10%). Join a remote-first team with hubs in Bozeman, Toronto, and Dublin.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year in philanthropy (grantmaking, scholarship making, fund accounting, or donor relations)
- client and/or customer service in an SaaS company and/or related industry
- Ability to identify and adjust training to client learning styles
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs and analyze data
- Exceptional client satisfaction driven approach
- Keen attention to detail for accuracy to deliver on internal and external customer requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple, concurrent tasks and deadlines
- Experience with embracing change in a high-growth environment
- Ability to travel occasionally (approximately 10%)
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel
Desired Qualifications
- At least one year in philanthropy (grantmaking, scholarship making, fund accounting, or donor relations) preferred

- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred but not required
- Prior philanthropic experience preferred but not required
