Job Summary
Manage a full case load focusing primarily on Immigration matters by coordinating the application process, evaluating applications to identify category qualifications, and researching processes for different types of submissions. Prepare submission packages for both basic and complex cases and submit them to various government agencies while aiding the client intake process. Respond to basic and complex client inquiries to ensure applications are processed, anticipating and addressing any challenges. Requires minimum 4+ years of post-call experience with knowledge in Immigration Law and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
