Job Summary
物流廠商管理專員(Quick Flex Account Management)負責管理供應商與合作夥伴,監控配送品質與行為、追蹤運力與排班、現場巡檢與安全規範、異常處理與危機回應,並擔任公司與供應商之單一窗口,協調合約執行、費用結算及行政事務;需分析KPI、教育訓練表現較差的供應商、監控日常運力需求與執行情況,並參與排班以支援全年無休的火箭配送。候選人需具備1-3年物流/客戶管理相關經驗、精通MS Office與進階Excel、良好溝通能力與服務導向,能與內外部團隊與合作夥伴協作,並具備現場巡檢與現場作業監督的實務經驗。此職位位於台灣桃園,具遠端工作時段(1400–2300)之選項,需配合輪班與主管交辦的專案。若有相關物流廠商對接經驗與資安/安全規範遵循者尤佳。若所有職缺皆招募完成,公告可能於截止日期前關閉。若提供不實資訊,酷澎保留錄取通知的收回權。若有殘障人士或退伍軍人,亦提供平等競爭機會。
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, business, procurement assistance (MD), or customer management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive, Flexible mindset with strong service orientation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling)
- Hands-on experience interfacing with logistics vendors or logistics management
