Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Five+ years of experience in fund accounting and administration maintaining accurate accounting and securities records
- Proven ability to identify and resolve issues related to accounting or securities transactions and ensure compliance with validation tolerances
- Experience implementing operational procedures and controls with a focus on cybersecurity and anti-fraud measures
- Strong advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced emotional intelligence with a track record of building trusting relationships and influencing outcomes for teams and clients
- Ability to plan and organize own work and potentially manage a team
- Experience collaborating with Operations Teams, Technology, Product, and Program Management
