Job Summary

Orchestrate end-to-end closing cycles for large, complex syndicated loans by managing confidential information memorandums, term sheets, and approval materials. Diagnose and resolve syndicated loan issues across upstream and downstream clients while coordinating multi-bank group meetings and transaction execution. Develop and maintain policy documentation for best practices, translating complex workflows into actionable guides to standardize lending activities. Analyze current processes to identify gaps and implement continuous improvements using specialized knowledge of nCino, Precision Lender, and Foundation systems. Serve as a subject-matter expert for relationship managers, credit, and legal teams to ensure closing readiness and validate funding wires and commitment letters.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, related field or sufficient applicable experience
  • 2-4 years in commercial banking, credit analysis, or loan operations
  • Exposure to syndications, participations, or multi-bank facilities either directly or adjacent experience
  • Demonstrated ability with deal coordination or transaction management to manage deal closings end-to-end
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration working across credit, legal, operations, and relationship management teams
  • Involvement and participation in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions for continuous improvement
  • Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship

Desired Qualifications

  • Credit training or certifications
  • Technical system proficiency – nCino, Precision Lender, Foundation, and Salesforce (or comparable loan / CRM platforms)
  • Documentation and procedural writing – ability to translate complex workflows into clear, accurate guides
  • Data analysis and interpretation – using data to identify trends, gaps, and relationship insights
  • Multi-stakeholder coordination – managing competing priorities across internal and external parties simultaneously
  • Written and verbal communication – producing professional materials such as CIMs, term sheets, and procedural documentation
  • Problem diagnosis and resolution – investigating and resolving complex issues across the loan lifecycle with sound judgment
  • Confidentiality – requires the discreet handling of customer financial information
