Job Summary
Manage analytical CMC program management activities by participating in vendor meetings, tracking deliverables, and monitoring vendor progress to ensure work aligns with contracted scope and schedule. Collaborate with CMC core team representatives and cross-functional sub-teams to oversee multiple development projects, while reviewing contract progress to alert teams of potential scope changes. Maintain and update CMC tracking tools, proactively communicate key issues, and escalate concerns to the Associate Director. Assist in managing relationships with external partners and service providers. This role supports the flawless execution of Kailera's analytical CMC program within a team-oriented culture focused on advancing novel therapies for obesity.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development and track record of success supporting multiple projects or programs simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of creativity, problem solving, and productivity
- Demonstrated success working in interdisciplinary and cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, interactive, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Required location: Waltham, MA (hub-based, onsite 3-4 days per week)
