Job Summary
Coordinate thought leadership publication projects from planning through publication and post-publication evaluation. Manage project timelines, trackers, actions, risks, dependencies, and documentation while coordinating with authors, reviewers, designers, and marketing stakeholders throughout the lifecycle. Support publication governance, reporting, administration, and operational activities by maintaining repositories and records. Ensure deliverables are completed on time with strong attention to detail and follow-through. This Associate role focuses on project coordination and publication operations rather than technical research or data analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities, timelines, and follow-ups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience in project coordination, PMO, publication management, marketing operations, communications, or similar functions
Desired Qualifications
