Job Summary
Maintain constant communication with key stakeholders and various members of staff across all ecosystem companies. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols while increasing the efficiency of existing processes to enhance internal capacity. Identify partnership strategies, execute viable plans, and track staffing requirements to hire new employees as needed. Motivate teams with a focus on results, drive employee engagement, and lead a large team within a time-sensitive environment, including career development plans for direct reports. Manage data collection for updating metrics to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent internal infrastructure of communication. Serve as a conduit of information from corporate to the field. This role requires an MBA from a top-tier university and 3+ years of progressive work experience, with travel up to 35% domestic and international. Based onsite at Sherman Oaks, CA HQ.
Required Qualifications
- MBA from a top tier university
- Skilled at creating, analyzing, and managing project operational manuals
- Proficient in project management applications such as Atlassian, Google Suite, Trello and Miro
- A firm understanding or willingness to gain understanding of the video game and web3 sector in which our organization operates
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Forward-thinking mindset, strategic experience, and planning skills
- Leadership potential and excellent relationship-building abilities
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Goal-driven, organized, and efficient in their work
- 3+ years of progressive work experience
- Travel up to 35% (domestic and international.)
