Job Summary
Associate I - Trade Support in Prime Brokerage. Responsibilities include processing payments and review of incoming cash wires for institutional and retail clients; applying and monitoring payment controls; investigating and resolving cash and control breaks; liaising with global partners to resolve reconciliation issues; designing key controls across the trade lifecycle; analyzing and identifying opportunities to increase Straight Through Processing (STP); supporting development and revision of company and department policies; ensuring timely completion of work items; preparing and analyzing metrics; and achieving FINRA Series 99 certification within 12 months of start date.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA licensing: SIE + Series 99 (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience using automation technologies to optimize systems and processes
- Knowledge of market products, operating procedures, and relevant industry regulations
- Proactive approach to problem solving and ownership of issues
- Strong time management and ability to deliver under pressure
- Data analysis skills and ability to communicate insights effectively
- Ability to create and deliver presentations to management and stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with global partners and stakeholders
