Job Summary
The Associate I IHC R&D conducts product development activities on new recombinant antibody products for Immunohistochemistry (IHC) procedures within a regulated laboratory environment. Responsibilities include performing IHC testing, assisting in customer complaint investigations, troubleshooting assays, and documenting laboratory activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology or a related field
- 0-5 years of laboratory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proofreading skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a laboratory environment
- Hands-on experience in Histology, IHC and automated instrumentation
- Good attention to details
- Thorough understanding of product development in an ISO environment
