Associate I - Advisory

Associate I - Advisory role in Marsh Thailand (Bangkok, hybrid; in-office at least three days weekly). Act as lead advisory colleague on smaller, less complex books of business, managing day-to-day client relationships and delivery. Develop renewal and placement strategies with the Placement team, Advisory Leader, and Client Executive, and execute those strategies according to client instructions. Analyze carrier quotes and prepare clear, actionable analysis for more senior Advisory colleagues and for clients to support solution development and renewals. Support senior Advisory colleagues in achieving business goals and responding to RFPs by conducting research and preparing documents that aid the design, development, and marketing of insurance and risk products. Manage follow-up with underwriters on coverage changes to ensure policy specifications accurately reflect agreed coverage. Build and maintain market and client contacts at the appropriate levels to execute client programs effectively. Contribute to the firm’s institutional knowledge by actively communicating internally and staying current with changing risk and insurance market conditions. Help retain clients through timely, practical risk solutions and consistent excellence in service.
