Job Summary
Associate Human Resources Coordinator role based onsite in Johnstown, PA. Responsibilities include assisting with recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and HRIS data updates; handling employee inquiries; organizing employee relation activities; collecting and analyzing HR data; generating reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, and presentations; and contributing to process improvements and workflow design. Ideal candidates will be flexible across projects, able to work collaboratively in a team, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. The position emphasizes administrative support across multiple HR functional areas and the delivery of data-driven information to HR processes and procedures. Fully onsite at the Networking and Computing Center of Excellence in Johnstown, PA.
