Job Summary
Associate, Human Capital Service Centre at PwC focusing on delivering front-facing administrative support to HC processes, payroll data preparation, leave agreements, employment verification letters, and training for HCSC administrators. Collaborates with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, and HC Services Operations Team to resolve inquiries, escalate issues, and enable effective HR operations. Leverages Workday, Service Now, and Alteryx automation to resolve complex inquiries, prepare and review payroll inputs, and support HC systems; develops communications and training materials; and participates in project support across HR services.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a Human Capital environment or in an HR Administrative/Coordinator Role
- Strong technical experience in Workday, Service Now Ticketing, Microsoft Tools including Copilot, Agents, BOTs, and using Alteryx automation solutions
- Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional attention to detail and experience handling confidential data with discretion, while adhering to internal data-governance processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to consult, build relationships, and facilitate discussions
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational, time-management, and listening skills
- Ability to review work for accuracy and completeness
- Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and commitment to valuing diverse perspectives with the ability to multitask, manage and deliver competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 1 - 4 years Experience
- Education - Any graduation / Post graduation
