Job Summary
Oversee HR intranet channels, publish internal articles, and facilitate quarterly townhalls and focus group discussions. Drive employee engagement campaigns, coordinate corporate events, and support CSR initiatives. Build visual dashboards to present attrition, performance, and engagement trends while maintaining strict data accuracy and compliance. Support HR representatives with disciplinary actions, performance management systems, and rewards programs. This 12-month independent consulting role requires a Bachelor's degree, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with Power BI or similar tools.
