Job Summary
Provide tier 1 customer experience to staff and managers by servicing inquiries, processing HR transactions, and troubleshooting complex system issues in Workday and ServiceNow. Log and manage cases, triage escalations, and maintain the knowledge base while ensuring compliance with global policies and service level agreements. Create reports, conduct data audits, and suggest process improvements across service centers and HR teams. Represent HR Connect in global projects and system enhancements linked to Workday, BRAVO!, and MAP cycles. Maintain data confidentiality and collaborate with local and regional teams to share best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years experience in Tier 1 HR operations, case management and Workday data administration
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills that are clear and concise
- Keen attention to detail and ability to accurately process transactions and data
