Job Summary
End-to-end talent attraction and acquisition responsibilities including sourcing, screening, candidate coordination, recruitment data management, and compliance. Partner with the Talent team to deliver strategic talent solutions, support stakeholder requirements through structured candidate pipelines, and apply general consulting skills to analyze hiring needs while enabling efficient recruitment execution. Demonstrates working knowledge of ATS, hiring workflows, and HR processes in a global professional-services context; supports EVP alignment and internal mobility initiatives within CBS TAL - Talent Attraction & Acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration
