Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruiting for New Store Openings, sourcing talent across US markets, and partnering with store leaders to hire high-performing retail staff. Manage new hire onboarding logistics, benefits enrollment, and employee lifecycle administration while resolving straightforward employee relations inquiries and ensuring compliance with background checks. Lead the Corporate Summer Internship Program end-to-end, from recruiting to cohort programming and final presentations. Travel periodically to retail stores to evaluate local talent landscapes and foster connections with store teams. This role balances high-touch recruiting with foundational HR generalist support for our growing retail footprint.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience combining full-cycle recruitment/talent acquisition with foundational HR generalist or coordinator experience
- Ideally in a multi-unit retail, DTC, luxury, or hospitality environment
- Proven track record of owning full-cycle recruiting and hiring processes
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations conversations
- Facilitate engaging orientation sessions
- Navigate benefits administration and HR compliance with sound judgment and empathy
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders
- Tech-savvy with hands-on proficiency in ATS and HRIS platforms
- Experience with Rippling
- Experience with Checkr
- Experience with Google Suite
- Extremely responsive, optimistic, and organized
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects/tasks while prioritizing objectives
- Strong attention to detail
- Consistent follow through on projects and tasks

- Ability to travel periodically to our stores
- Must be able to keep information strictly confidential
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HR or a related field
- Work together in person a minimum of 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
- Flexibility to work remotely on other days
- Work from our NYC office
- Visit our stores (all located in the US)
