Monitor statutory compliance at project sites by regularly checking labour laws, conducting quarterly audits, and reviewing documents to identify risks. Highlight issues to management and prepare monthly MIS and EC reports on pending matters. Maintain all registers, records, and contractor returns, ensuring timely submission of half-yearly returns. Implement compliance systems at new projects by engaging resources and advising the team on legal queries. Conduct pre-execution and completion audits, facilitate document handovers to the crown, and organize service provider meetings with vendors. Lead compliance awareness meetings at sites to educate contractors on ITC systems.
