Job Summary
Support HR operational services across the employee lifecycle and ensure processes are efficient and compliant. Triage, action, or escalate shared services tickets, maintain reliable HR data across systems, and continuously refine workflows to improve efficiency. Assist with onboarding, exits, and job changes, and collaborate with the HR Shared Services Manager to deliver a high-quality employee experience with a focus on data accuracy and policy adherence.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a People Operations or HR Administration role
- Exposure to Australian employment legislation and compliance obligations
- Familiarity with HR or shared services administration, such as onboarding, job changes, or maintaining employee records
- Experience using HRIS or payroll systems and ticketing platforms
