Job Summary
Associate Hospitality Leader to drive service and operational excellence within RH Hospitality's dining spaces. Partner with the Hospitality Leader to recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing team, implement quality and safety standards, optimize labor and inventory costs, create strategic schedules, and support revenue growth while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Requires 3+ years of hospitality leadership in a high-volume, full-service setting, strong Excel/POS/inventory experience, autonomous decision-making, and legal authorization to work in the UK. Falls under RH’s Property Leadership Team and involves leading in the absence of the Hospitality Leader.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years previous Hospitality Leadership experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Legal authorization to work in the country in which they are applying at the time of application
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed
- Expertise in computer systems including Microsoft Excel, Inventory Management systems, Micros Point of Sale or equivalent system, and email communication
- Proven ability to work autonomously while making strategic decisions and collaborating effectively across all levels of leadership
