Job Summary
Provide first-line IT support with a strong emphasis on customer experience as the primary point of contact for end users. Handle hardware and software problems via a Service Desk system, diagnose issues, guide customers through steps, escalate to Tier 2/Senior as needed, and maintain clear documentation. Role includes on-call rotations and occasional after-hours support; requires a hands-on approach aligned with AlloSource’s mission and IT service standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 0–1+ years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of Windows operating environment
- Proficient English communication (speaking, reading, writing, comprehension)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and apply IT troubleshooting skills
