Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Completed a 2 or 3-year analyst program
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in investment banking with a focus on sell-side healthcare M&A transactions
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Life Science or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Licensed (79 is required; 63 is required, open to discussion)
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Deep understanding of healthcare sector and sub-sectors such as healthcare services and healthcare IT
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with clients and senior-level professionals
- Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side) within healthcare
- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Experience with elite boutique or bulge bracket firms preferred
