Job Summary
Associate Healthcare Services Investment Banking supports end-to-end M&A and strategic advisory execution, financial modeling (DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, comps), creation of pitch materials and CIMs, market research on healthcare sub-verticals, and key client interactions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 1–3 years of related experience; healthcare exposure is valued. Must have strong Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, be able to synthesize complex data, work in a fast-paced team environment, and obtain FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 79, Series 63) within the firm’s timeframe.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a transaction advisory/valuation role
- Prior exposure to the healthcare sector is highly valued
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement analysis and corporate valuation methodologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple workstreams, and meet tight deadlines
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to function effectively as part of a lean, high-performing deal team
- Must be able to obtain and maintain necessary FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 79, and Series 63) within the firm’s mandated timeframe
