Job Summary
Associate in the Healthcare Group handling deal execution across M&A, equity/debt raises, and strategic financings. Responsibilities include leading day-to-day deal execution, drafting CIMs and presentation materials, supervising advanced financial models (DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution analyses), mentoring analysts, managing client relationships with C-suite and boards, and conducting deep-dive industry research on healthcare trends and regulatory changes. Requires MBA or equivalent advanced healthcare/finance background, strong financial modeling, and healthcare domain knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of Investment Banking experience as a Direct-Promote Associate, or 2–3 years as a Healthcare Analyst at a reputable peer firm
- MBA from a top-tier business school with a prior background in corporate development, healthcare consulting, or a technical healthcare field
- Technical modeling proficiency (DCF, LBO, merger consequences, comps)
- Strong healthcare knowledge including regulatory drivers and macro trends
- Series 79 and 63 certifications (preferred; required shortly after onboarding)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a high-intensity environment
