Job Summary
Conduct multiple rotations through the analytics organization, tracking member health trends, medication adherence, and provider negotiation tools to uncover insights that improve cost, quality, and member outcomes. Complete foundational skill development via dedicated training sessions before applying analytical tools and code for data manipulation and visualization to build monitoring tools and measure the impact of new care delivery models. Collaborate in person as part of a tight-knit cohort to solve real problems in healthcare while rotating through several areas of the analytics organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 0 - 1 year related work experience or equivalent combination of transferrable experience and education
- Comfort using analytical tools and writing code for data manipulation and visualization (e.g., SQL, R, etc.)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Location: Jacksonville, FL (in-person)
- Start date: July 2027
