Job Summary
Associate GTM Partnerships Manager in Hong Kong responsible for partner enablement, troubleshooting, and acting as a liaison between partners and internal teams (sales/operations). Role focuses on ensuring smooth partner experiences, building long-term referral relationships, handling escalations, and driving cross-functional collaboration to improve product and service outcomes. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or above, 1+ year in customer service or sales support, strong Cantonese and English communication, familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite, and startup/fintech experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 1+ year experience in customer service or sales support
- Proven experience in managing client communication and escalations
- Strong verbal and written communication in Cantonese & English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
