Required Qualifications
- Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent advanced degree with deep expertise in cancer biology, cancer immunology, immunology, protein engineering, AI-driven protein design, or a related life sciences discipline
- 8+ years of relevant post-degree experience, including postdoctoral and/or industry research experience, with a strong track record of contributions to drug discovery or impactful scientific achievements
- Demonstrated scientific leadership and potential to lead a research group, with ability to influence cross-functional collaborations
- Experience providing guidance and mentorship, supporting development of team members. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences
