Job Summary
Conduct rigorous vehicle inspections, mystery checks, and regular audits to enforce quality and safety standards among bus partners. Visit curbside stops to address challenges, support stop branding, and oversee organized equipment distribution while tracking inventory and coordinating vendor reorders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch GoLive activities and increase offline ticket sales share. Perform data analysis to identify trends that improve operational efficiency. Requires fluency in English and Hindi, 2 years of intercity travel operations experience, and flexibility for 24/7 shift work.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years' hands-on experience in intercity travels operations company
- Fluency in English, Hindi
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyse data and identify trends to improve operational efficiency
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Flexible of working in shifts (24/7)
