Job Summary
Conduct on-field surveys, analyze large-scale data sets, and develop high-quality research documents including need assessments and situation analyses. Coordinate with state governments to operationalize feedback collected from communities and support policy formulation documents for green skilling initiatives. Manage events, seminars, and roundtable discussions to advance the green-skilling process across solar, hydro, geothermal, wind, and waste management sectors. Draft comprehensive research papers on community readiness and provide additional support to build capabilities within the skilling ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- demonstrated experience in the skills sector
- at least 3 years of experience working in skilling, energy and livelihoods
- well versed in Telugu
Desired Qualifications
- Past experiences of working on sustainability and climate
- Demonstrated experience of working with state/central government
- A strong understanding of the skilling ecosystem
- Strong efficiency in conducting on-field surveys, FGDs s and household interviews
- Experience in Branding and Marketing
- Prior experience in handling large-scale government data sets and working with state departments
- A post-graduate degree in any field with a preference for those possessing a degree in environment, climate and sustainability, energy, skilling related field, etc.
