Counsel clients on government contracts compliance, regulatory strategy, and M&A involving government contractors. Advise on small business size-status issues, domestic preference requirements, and supply chain considerations under FAR and agency-specific procurement regulations. Provide clear, practical judgment when advising business teams on live transactions and interacting with sophisticated in-house legal and compliance groups. Gain early responsibility within a white collar and investigations platform to address both transactional and enforcement risk. Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of government contracts experience
- Exposure to M&A due diligence in the government contractor space
- Strong working knowledge of FAR and related regulations
- Clear, practical judgment when advising business teams
- Comfortable advising on live transactions
- Comfortable interacting with sophisticated in-house legal and compliance teams
