Job Summary
Associate, GOC Analyst to support DoorDash’s 24/7 Global Operations Center; real-time monitoring, incident triage, and operational response to protect people, assets, and operations. Frontline operator handling incident detection, information validation, escalation to GOC Manager or Risk Intelligence, documentation of shift status, and clear operational context to support timely decisions across a follow-the-sun environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a GSOC, GOC, SOC, or comparable 24/7 operations or incident response environment
- Working knowledge of incident triage, escalation protocols, and operational playbooks
- Foundational Analytical Skills: ability to assess information quality and provide contextual analysis during incidents
- Basic OSINT Familiarity: comfort using open-source tools to validate events (training provided)
- Strong Operational Judgment: ability to assess risk, prioritize tasks, and act decisively under pressure
- Technical Fluency: comfortable with monitoring dashboards, ticketing systems, and basic analytics tools
- Clear Communication Skills: ability to document incidents clearly and communicate with leaders and cross-functional partners
- Discipline and Reliability: follow process and maintain attention to detail across rotating shifts
- Growth Mindset: willingness to learn new tools and techniques within a structured operations environment
- Schedule Flexibility: ability to work rotating shifts as part of a 24/7 global operations model
