Associate Global Study Manager

Job Summary
Route incoming correspondence to the appropriate team member, audit study documentation and shared files for accuracy, and prepare recurring internal and customer-facing reports. Create and maintain study playbooks for internal stakeholders, monitor and resolve customer- and site-submitted requests for exceptions, and review coordinator-submitted activity to catch discrepancies. Audit participant consent documentation quarterly, monitor the safety-alert channel for travel events, and serve as the customer-facing point of contact for regional support including coordinator onboarding and exception management. Act as a secondary point of contact after the Global Study Manager for inquiries and day-to-day relationship management while ensuring studies remain compliant and on track.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of post-graduate experience, including internships or entry-level project or study coordination work
- Proficiency with common business and reporting software
- ability to quickly learn internal systems and platforms
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- good judgment about when and how to escalate customer- or participant-facing issues
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Discretion in handling sensitive information
- Capable of working independently following training
- Comfortable operating across a range of digital tools — including Microsoft 365 and emerging AI-assisted technologies
- adaptability to pick up new systems quickly
- Strong interpersonal instincts
- able to build trust with customers and participants alike
- able to bring a human touch to what is often a sensitive, high-stakes experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Policy, or a related field preferred
