Job Summary
Associate, Global Brand Operations will support the development and implementation of scalable processes, tools, and training programs across Mattel’s Global Brand organization. Responsibilities include documenting SOPs and workflows, maintaining templates and playbooks, supporting onboarding and training materials, coordinating workshops and tool rollouts, tracking adoption, and collaborating with Brand Strategy & Activation, Franchise Marketing, Brand Creative, Brand Partnerships, Toy Marketing, Design, Development and Commercial Marketing to drive standardized operations and measurable improvements. Qualifications emphasize strong organizational skills, detail-orientation, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and workflow/project management tools. The role emphasizes building clarity from complexity and enabling teams to execute with excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, brand marketing, business operations, project management, or related field
