Job Summary
Associate Gifting & Merchandise Project Manager responsible for owning the supply chain for World Finer Foods' ecommerce, club, and seasonal gifting lines. Lead procurement and sourcing of vendors for gift and merchandise items, manage copackers and packaging materials, oversee inventory and budgets, and track project progress. Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, e-commerce, sales, finance, and supply chain to design and build gift products and packs that meet consumer/customer expectations. Manage external partners and vendors, hold them accountable for commitments, and supervise cross-functional execution of seasonal gifting and everyday alternate-channel initiatives. Requires strong project management, vendor relationship management, quantitative skills, and the ability to travel up to 10%. The role is full-time, exempt, hybrid (in-office 3x per week) and based in Bloomfield, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required (preferably in supply chain, marketing, merchandising or related business fields)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of merchandising, purchasing, logistics, or project management
- CPG industry experience
- Experience in sourcing packaging materials for consumer goods for holiday gifting and e-commerce
- Experience with print production, merchandising procurement and project management
- Experience managing contractors building gift/e-commerce consumer goods
- Strong negotiation/persuasion skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Strong quantitative skills
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
