Job Summary
Manage daily onsite operations for local field operators, ensuring safe, reliable, and accessible transportation through real-time fleet and driver supply decisions. Oversee the full employee lifecycle for drivers, including scheduling, PTO approvals, performance conversations, and policy adherence, while acting as the bridge between city partners, unions, and community leaders. Utilize data and technology to diagnose service performance issues and implement efficiency solutions, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations. Lead and coach a team of drivers to foster a cohesive environment, driving continuous operational and quality improvements. This fully in-person role requires onsite presence 4-5 days per week, with potential early mornings or evenings, for an experienced leader based in the Baton Rouge, LA area or willing to relocate.
