Job Summary
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements with clients and strategic partners, including Business Associate Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and Statements of Work. Collaborate closely with sales and client management teams to resolve contractual, compliance, and regulatory matters involving federal and state health insurance regulations, ERISA, and HIPAA. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while leveraging AI tools to streamline legal workflows. This role supports Zelis's mission to transform healthcare financial experiences by serving 750+ payers and millions of providers and consumers.
Required Qualifications
- at least five years of legal experience
