Associate General Counsel - Los Angeles, CA

Lead global transactions as Associate General Counsel in Los Angeles, owning all M&A, strategic investments, debt and equity financings, and other complex corporate transactions from strategy through close. Structure and negotiate term sheets, purchase agreements, and definitive and ancillary documents to land sound commercial and legal outcomes. Advise the business as the lead in-house attorney on acquisitions, investments, and financings, guiding business leaders and the board across the full transaction lifecycle. Partner with Finance on cash management, capital structure, corporate finance, and investor relations initiatives. Oversee global governance by managing corporate governance and subsidiary structures across dozens of countries, supporting treasury and capital markets activity. Build and lead the team by developing corporate legal professionals and setting a high standard for judgment, speed, and collaboration.
