Job Summary
Manage a large litigation caseload by working closely with outside counsel and internal business leaders to provide legal advice on client initiatives. Serve as a strategic partner to senior decision-makers while assessing and mitigating business exposure through in-depth analysis of complex problems. Provide instructions to junior members and concise briefings to senior management, acting as a resource for technical and tactical issues across the department.
Required Qualifications
- JD
- current license to practice law
- minimum of 9 years of specific industry and/or technical legal experience post licensure
- any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
- in-office 3 days per week
- reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s)
